Default Rune trader wont buy minor vig?

I dont get why this happens, surely he should always accept to buy them especially when supply is low?

That explains it, how foolish of me, i have a few to sell because I bought them anticipating a price rise, which there was despite that quest. Thankyou.

They still doubled because the quest only gives you one. You still need runes for your heros.
